How simple can a CB device be? Most CB devices in the past that were equipped with SSB were quite complicated in terms of operation. This is completely over with President McKinley! This radio is the flagship of the president cb radios. A large and clear display shows all functions so that you always see which settings you have active.

The number of buttons on the President McKinley are very limited. They have built this in a menu to keep an overview of fixed settings. That way, this CB radio could remain simple and it has a limited number of buttons.

In the menu you can adjust fixed parameters such as RF gain, MIC gain, RF power, micro type, etc. These are schemes that you usually leave alone once adjusted and thus save an extra button on the president mc kinley. At the front of the device you only have volume / squelch on-off and the clarifier (always in the middle unless in SSB). The third round button is the menu button with which you can scroll and select by pressing it.

You do have quick buttons for the modulation (mode), scan function, vox, echo function and the memory buttons.
